How I do it

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

You tell me about your business and I review what the site has to achieve. I give you the scope, a clear quote and real dates.

  2. 02

    Build

I design and build the complete site: content, speed and baseline technical SEO, with visible progress along the way.

  3. 03

    Delivery

The site in production, analytics connected and training so you can edit it yourself.

What you get

  • A professional website in production, fast on the phone and designed to get you contacted, beyond just looking good.
  • A site you manage yourself: you edit content and products on your own, with training included.
  • Baseline technical SEO and analytics connected (Google Analytics and Search Console) from day one.
  • The access and the domain under your control, without being tied to me.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to build a website?

In the Chilean market there's a bit of everything: self-service templates that cost little more than the hosting, agencies with monthly plans and custom projects costing several million Chilean pesos. The range is that wide because a 'website' can be anything from a business card to a complete store. I don't have a list price: I quote by scope, detailing what each item includes. In the free diagnosis I give you a real estimate with dates, before you commit to anything.

Can I manage the website myself?

Yes. I build on WordPress precisely for that reason: you end up editing text, photos, products and prices yourself, without paying anyone for each change. I hand over the site with a short training session and a guide to what to touch and what not to, so you can manage it without being afraid of breaking it.

How long does it take to get a website ready?

A well-made presence site takes weeks, not days or months. A store or a site with a catalog depends on how many products you have and how organized the information is today. In the diagnosis I set milestones with verifiable dates, and I move forward showing you the real site working, not endless mockups.

Should I hire a web design agency or work with a consultant?

It depends on your scale. If you need campaigns, graphic pieces and a full team every month, an agency makes sense. For the website of a company or SME, working directly with the person who builds it usually gives you more: you talk to the person who makes the technical decisions, not to an account executive, and your budget pays for work, not for overhead.

Do you build websites for specific industries, like law firms, clinics or real estate agencies?

Yes. I've built sites for healthcare, industrial distributors, specialty stores and engineering consultancies, among others. More than an industry template, what matters is understanding how your customer searches for you and what they need to see in order to contact you. That gets defined in the diagnosis and it shows in the result.

What happens to my site after launch?

I don't disappear. I leave the site documented, with the access under your control, and I tell you what maintenance it needs and how often. You can take it with me or with whoever you prefer: several clients have been working with me for years because the site kept working, but I don't tie you in.

when NOT

When I'm NOT the right person

For these, hire someone else. Really.

  • no 01
If you're looking for the cheapest possible website just to get by, a self-service template will serve you better: my job is for the site to sell and last, and that costs more than a template.
  • no 02
If you need it 'yesterday', with no room for a diagnosis or real dates, I don't work that way: the rush ends up costing double later.
  • no 03
If what you're after is pure branding (logo, visual identity) without a website, it's not my specialty; I coordinate with a graphic designer if it applies.
  • no 04
If you need a native iOS or Android app, that's not my stack.
next step · 30-minute diagnosis

Does this service fit what you need?

A free 30-minute diagnosis, by WhatsApp or the contact form: you tell me what your business needs, I tell you what kind of site suits you, and you leave with a real estimate of scope and dates.

  1. 10′You tell me what's happening and what you expect.
  2. 15′I review it live and find the issues, with evidence.
  3. 5′I tell you what I'd do and in what order.
