How I do it

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

I audit the technical side with my own crawler (45+ factors), some specialized tools, and if you share your Search Console with me I prioritize by what's already bringing you real impressions.

  2. 02

    Execution

Technical fixes, on-page work by real search intent, content that fills the gaps that exist and genuine authority, in sprints that can be verified as we go.

  3. 03

    Follow-up

I measure impressions, clicks and position in Search Console and keep adjusting according to what actually makes an impact.

What you get

  • A roadmap prioritized by impact against effort that can be executed in sprints, instead of a list of 200 findings with no order among them. The idea is always to look for what's most effective at getting real results.
  • Measurable movement in Search Console (impressions, clicks, position) instead of reports on metrics that look nice but aren't really useful, like Domain Authority. And if it applies and you have it set up properly, conversions too.
  • Content and architecture that respond to the real search intent your customer has.
  • Working directly with me, the person who executes the SEO, with nobody else in the middle of the process.
Frequently asked questions
How much does an SEO consultant cost?

It depends on several things I can't know without looking at the site: the state it is in and how competitive your industry is are the two that weigh the most, and personally I don't have a list price because I like to analyze projects properly before anything else. And while I'm at it, something from the other side: the cheap SEO built on buying link packages ends up being expensive, because Google penalizes that sooner or later and then the damage has to be undone. Back to price: in the free 30-minute diagnosis I review your site live and if you share your Search Console with me I cross it with your real data, and then I give you an estimate and the lever I would pull first, before you commit to anything.

Should I hire a consultant or an SEO agency?

For most companies working directly with the person who does the SEO is better: you talk to me and not to an account executive passing on messages. Your account also doesn't get rotated among juniors. A large agency makes sense if you operate in many markets or languages at once, with a volume that one person alone can't cover, or if you want a much more complete job (assuming the agency has that profile) that covers many more areas of marketing than just SEO, areas like SEM, email marketing, etc. If that's your case I tell you straight, and if it isn't, working directly gets you more for what you pay.

How long does it take to see results?

Real timelines are longer than the ones usually promised, and being given long timelines is precisely the sign that someone is being straight with you. Technical fixes start to move within weeks. Content and authority, on the other hand, are built over months. What I do give you at each step is measurable progress in Search Console, not an 'almost there'.

Do you do local SEO (Google Maps)?

Not as a service, for now. What I do is the SEO of the site itself: the technical side, the content and the measurement in your Search Console. The Google Business profile, one listing per branch and the flow for asking for genuine reviews are a different job. If the diagnosis shows that's what would help your business most, I'll tell you, so you can take it to someone who focuses on that.

when NOT

When I'm NOT the right person

For these, hire someone else. Really.

  • no 01
If you're looking for a guaranteed 'first page in 30 days', nobody controls Google's algorithm and whoever promises it to you is lying.
  • no 02
If your strategy depends on buying backlinks or link packs, then I'm not the right person for that: Google ends up penalizing it in the long run anyway and personally I prefer to look for results that can be sustained over the long term whenever possible.
  • no 03
If what you need is SEM or Google Ads campaign management, I can coordinate with a specialist but it isn't the focus of this service.
next step · 30-minute diagnosis

Does this service fit what you need?

A free 30-minute diagnosis, which you can request by WhatsApp or the contact form. I review your site live and if you share your Search Console with me I cross it with your real data, and you leave with prioritized findings.

  1. 10′You tell me what's happening and what you expect.
  2. 15′I review it live and find the issues, with evidence.
  3. 5′I tell you what I'd do and in what order.
